Prague - Kutna Hora

Kutna Hora, ok sambung...sambung...after been busy for so long, I continue my Prague journey story.... Kutna Hora, the mine city, located about 40km from Prague, took about an hour to go there, half day package, they start in the morning and the tour also have the afternoon session. We took the afternoon session, because in the morning we hang out around town until we get bored and went to the tour booth and start looking what we can do that afternoon.

Two place that they will take you with this tour, The Sedlec Ossuary and St. Barbara's Church.

Okay....takut tak tengok chapel penuh dengan tulang manusia? This is Sedlec Ossuary, small roman catholic chapel, and estimated to contain about 40,000 to 70,000 the skeleton of people. Susun jadik perhiasan dalaman, chandelier pun guna skeleton okay.... This is the most visit place in Czech. Frankly I cant stand the smell of this place...I just walked around there for few minutes and went out for fresh air....felt really suffocated and I don't know how to describe the smell in there, just not a good smell....

Then we went to St. Barbara's church, one of UNESCO world heritage, the church was a build during 13th century and was a palace before. Almost similar to the church in Prague Castle but smaller version, almost the same gothic architecture.

There is a mines museum around there and they showed you how silver coin was made before...well normal museum tour. Overall the journey was nice because of the beautiful view along the way to this town, forest, lakes etc. So enjoy the photos...
